I’ve been a teacher at FUIA for more than ten years. Teaching Spanish as a foreign language is one of the greatest experiences I’ve ever had.
I’ve not only taught our students, but I’ve also learnt from their diverse cultures and experiences. They make my job interesting and enjoyable.
One of the courses I find very motivating and feel passionate about, is the combination course Intensive 20 plus 5 or 10 Private Lessons of Spanish for Tourism.
On this course, we teach the language from a different perspective, and aim to provide students with the functional tools they’ll need when they start a job within the tourism and hospitality industry.
Based on the results of your level test, we’ll find the most suitable course for you.
Teaching Method & Course Content
Before starting your course, we’ll ask you to take a level test to find out what your previous Spanish knowledge is.
You can also tell us about your objectives for the course via email or during your first Spanish for Tourism class. Based on the results of your test, we’ll match you with other students of the same level. During the course we will follow our special FUIA teaching system, making sure we choose the right teaching materials and a wide variety of drills.
The content of the tourism lessons is designed for students and professionals with a specific focus on tourism and hospitality.

Prices and Booking
Book the course as a combination with our general Spanish Intensive course (20 classes a week). The tourism content will be given in 5 or 10 private lessons per week.
You also have the option to book private lessons only for that specific purpose of learning Spanish for tourism.
You will be able to focus entirely on topics and vocabulary related to the tourism and hospitality sector. This way you will achieve your personal objectives far more quickly.
