The Perfect Place for Learning Spanish

We’re incredibly lucky to offer Spanish classes in such a beautiful setting! We are situated in Puerto de la Cruz, a lovely harbour town north of Tenerife. The school is located in a quiet neighbourhood next to the Botanical Garden. The beach is just a 20 min walk away!

Our own cafeteria’s sunny terrace overlooks Volcano Teide and the lush green mountains. The café is a great place to relax during breaks and chat with your classmates and make plans together.

Providing a perfect learning environment is one of our top priorities. We have bright, air-conditioned classrooms with modern teaching equipment.

But that’s not all. Read on to find out why your Spanish course at our school will be unlike anything you’ve ever experienced before.

What Makes Us Different from Other Spanish Schools?

As far as teaching quality, activities and accommodation options go, we are among the best schools in Spain. Ultimately, all Instituto Cervantes-accredited schools are excellent. And there are plenty of them. The question remains, what makes our school unique?

1st Answer: 23

23 Degrees is our average Temperature in the Canary Islands – every single month of the year. A subtropical climate where it rarely gets colder than 18ºC and almost never warmer than 30ºC (only when the Sahara winds blow) makes us the best climate zone on earth. It also means you can learn Spanish in the morning and swim in the Atlantic Ocean in the afternoon – ON CHRISTMAS!

2nd Answer: Tenerife

Tenerife is one of the most beautiful islands in the world and the biggest (and we think best!) of the Canary Islands. It’s known as “The island of eternal spring”. You can better understand our love for Tenerife by reading our full guide on this amazing island.

We Are a Small, Big Spanish Language School

On the one hand, we are small enough to call ourselves a family. Of course our students change every week, but our teachers, staff, and cafe members stay the same, meaning you can create lasting friendships and become a part of the FUIA family.

We’re also small enough that we can invite all of our students to a welcome breakfast on our sunny terrace every week. Which means you get the chance to talk to other students and visitors to our school. Plus, with all the extracurricular activities on offer, it’s easy to make friends.

team

When it comes to classes we know smaller is also better. So there are rarely more than 6 students in one class at the same time and never more than 10.

But make no mistake we are big enough to offer every student the right class corresponding to the exact language level that they require. We’re also big enough to have connections all around the island to help you get the most out of your language experience.

Now is a good time to get to know our team.

Are you excited to enroll in one of our courses?
