Group Size & Pricing

Minimum group size: 15 students

Price locked at booking based on confirmed student numbers.

If final group size changes:

  • Notify us minimum 4 weeks before arrival
  • Price may adjust to reflect new group size tier
  • Price difference payable before arrival

If minimum not met:

  • Notification required 6 weeks before arrival
  • We may cancel or offer alternative dates
  • Full refund if cancelled by us

At booking confirmation:

  • Signed booking agreement
  • 10% deposit payment

4 weeks before arrival:

  • 90% balance payment
  • Final student list with ID/passport numbers
  • Medical/dietary requirements
  • Parental consent forms
  • Flight details

Student Requirements

Students must:

  • Be aged 16-18 years
  • Have valid passport or EU ID card
  • Have parental consent
  • Have travel insurance (basic coverage included)

Damage deposit:

  • €25 cash per student at hotel check-in
  • Returned at check-out if no damages
  • Managed by accompanying teachers

Changes & Cancellations

By FU International Academy:

  • We may modify schedule due to circumstances beyond our control
  • Equivalent alternatives will be offered
  • Full refund if alternatives unacceptable
  • We reserve right to cancel if minimum numbers not met

Force Majeure:

  • Bookings may be cancelled without penalty for events beyond our control
  • Deposits/payments refunded minus non-recoverable costs

Liability & Insurance

We strongly recommend schools arrange comprehensive travel insurance covering:

  • Trip cancellation
  • Medical emergencies
  • Lost luggage
  • Personal liability

Our liability is limited to services we directly provide. We are not liable for student injuries due to their own actions or third-party services beyond our control.

Complaints

Issues during stay must be reported immediately to your group coordinator for on-site resolution.

Written complaints must be submitted within 28 days of return. We will respond within 14 days.
